Terms and conditions

The general basis on which Nae Bother Solutions provides website design, build and support services.

These terms explain the general basis on which Nae Bother Solutions provides website design, build and support services. Project-specific scope, price, payment schedule, responsibilities and launch details should be agreed in writing before work starts.

A project may include strategy, copy shaping, design, development, setup, hosting support, domain guidance, integrations, handover and ongoing changes, depending on what has been agreed. Anything outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, access to relevant accounts, lawful content, brand assets, images they have permission to use, and prompt feedback where needed.

Deposits, staged payments, subscription fees or retainers are due as agreed for the project. Work, launch, handover or ongoing support may be paused if payments are overdue.

Unless agreed otherwise, the client owns the final website content and design created for them once all agreed fees are paid. Nae Bother Solutions may retain ownership of reusable tools, code patterns, templates, processes and know-how used to deliver the work.

Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, email, plugins, fonts, stock assets, analytics, booking tools or payment systems remain the client's responsibility unless explicitly included in writing.

We will take reasonable care to build reliable, professional websites, but no website can be guaranteed to be error-free, uninterrupted, permanently secure or to produce a specific commercial result.

Either side may end a project or ongoing service in line with the written agreement. Fees may still be due for work already completed, committed third-party costs, or agreed notice periods.
