Nae Bother Solutions collects and uses personal data only where it is needed to respond to enquiries, discuss website projects, provide agreed services, keep project records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

If you contact us, we may process your name, business name, email address, phone number, website or social profile, project notes, messages, invoices, payment records and information you choose to send about your business.

We use this data on the basis of legitimate interests, pre-contract discussions, contract delivery, consent where requested, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Data may be handled by trusted service providers used for email, hosting, documents, analytics, domains, payments, accounting or website delivery. If a client project needs additional third-party services, those tools will be discussed as part of setup.

We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as they are useful for the reason they were collected, unless a longer period is required for tax, legal, dispute or security reasons.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, or object to some uses of it. Email owen@naebother.solutions and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
