How personal data is handled

Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Nae Bother Solutions may collect through its website, Moment pilot access, and customer conversations.

Who we are

Nae Bother Solutions builds practical hospitality software, including Moment. For questions about this notice, contact the pilot or commercial lead who provided access to the service.

Personal data we may collect

  • Business contact details, such as name, work email, role, organisation, and messages sent to us.
  • Pilot account details, such as staff name, work email, hotel membership, role, and authentication records.
  • Operational pilot data supplied by a hotel, such as hotel profile, service capacity, offer guardrails, broad stay-purpose signals, and outcome records.
  • Technical information needed to run and protect the service, such as session identifiers, server logs, error diagnostics, device/browser information, and security events.

Why we use it

  • To provide, secure, and improve Moment and related hospitality software.
  • To manage pilot access, staff roles, support requests, and customer communications.
  • To evaluate whether a pilot is producing useful operational and revenue outcomes.
  • To comply with legal, security, accounting, and contractual obligations.

Legal bases

Depending on the context, we may rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligation. For hotel customer data handled inside a pilot, the hotel may be the controller and Nae Bother Solutions may act as a processor under agreed data processing terms.

Who data may be shared with

  • Authorised hotel users within the same tenant or pilot workspace.
  • Service providers needed to host, secure, authenticate, monitor, and support the product.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, or authorities where legally required.

Retention

Pilot data should be kept only as long as needed to run the pilot, measure outcomes, handle support, and meet legal obligations. If a hotel does not continue after a pilot, live pilot data should be deleted or anonymised under the agreed pilot terms.

Your rights

Depending on your location and the context, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. Contact us through your pilot or commercial contact to make a request.
