These terms set the baseline for using the public website and protected Moment pilot areas. Customer-specific pilot or commercial agreements take priority where they conflict.

Using the service
- Use the website and pilot tools only for lawful business purposes.
- Keep pilot credentials secure and do not share access outside the authorised hotel team.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect other hotels' data, or interfere with service operation.
- Do not upload payment card data, passport or ID data, health data, protected characteristics, or sensitive guest notes unless a written agreement explicitly covers that use.
Pilot recommendations
Moment is a decision-support tool for hotel teams. Recommendations, message drafts, and display offers should be reviewed by authorised staff before action. The hotel remains responsible for guest service decisions, pricing, and operational use.
Availability and changes
Pilot software may change as the product is developed. We aim to keep the service reliable, but pilot access is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Nae Bother Solutions owns the website, product design, software, and related materials. Customer data remains subject to the relevant customer or pilot agreement.
