Usability commitment
Accessibility statement
Moment should be usable by hotel staff working under time pressure, including keyboard users and people using assistive technology.

Our aim
We aim to make the public website and Moment pilot interface perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. The practical target is WCAG 2.2 AA alignment where feasible for the current pilot product.
Current measures
- Semantic page structure and labelled navigation.
- Keyboard-accessible controls for key workflows.
- Programmatic labels for form controls where the product captures data.
- Text and touch-target checks in the product UI test suite.
- Reduced-motion handling in animated landing surfaces.
Known limitations
Some pilot surfaces are still changing quickly. If a workflow is hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, or high-contrast settings, report it through the pilot contact so it can be prioritised.
